Terms & conditions.
These terms cover how you can use the Wiseplan website while we're pre-launch. They apply to this website and the waitlist - not the Wiseplan product, which isn't available yet. We'll publish full terms before Wiseplan opens.

Interim terms for our pre-launch website
Wiseplan is pre-launch, so these are short interim terms covering use of this website and the waitlist. They aren't the terms for the Wiseplan product - we'll publish full product terms, reviewed by a solicitor, before Wiseplan opens.
Who we are
This website is operated by Wiseplan ("we", "us", "our"), an early-stage product currently pre-launch and in development. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using our website
You may use this website for your own personal, lawful purposes - to learn about Wiseplan and join the waitlist.
- Don't use the site in any way that's unlawful, or that could damage or disrupt it.
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems.
- The information on the guidance pages (probate, LPA) is general information, not legal advice.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Wiseplan. It doesn't create a contract, guarantee a place, or commit you to anything. We'll contact you about early access, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Any early-supporter plan details will be confirmed when we open.
Intellectual property
The Wiseplan name, logo, content and design are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" while we're pre-launch. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The guidance pages are general information only and are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of - or inability to use - this pre-launch website, or from relying on its general guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We'll publish fuller terms, reviewed by a solicitor, before Wiseplan opens.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Wiseplan develops. We'll post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
